    Sam,

Strategy is your business goal and overall plan. This includes your target market, your distinguishing characteristic (differs you from your competitors), your marketing and promotion, etc.

Product is what you sell, and a brand is your visual and verbal image. Your business and product can have separate brands, but for small businesses, they are generally the same.

Some people think of branding as just identity symbols, but it includes everything you do to leave a distinct impression of your business with customers and market members. It also includes their impressions of you, your product and your business.
