I have previously worked for Walmart in Burnaby and yes their pay sucks. You might get a dollar raise in 4 yrs, rates start at 8.75 or 9.75 for managers! Full timers get hours cut to compensate for part timers hours and you're expected to have knowledge in all departments with no proper training.
