I don’t think paris hilton is a memorable brand. i think it’s only a fad. P&G would be in trouble soon. you’ll see… like Eli Lilly that relied heavily on positioning and realized to late the value of branding.
Isn’t the “thumbs down” function great? Gotta love how it saves you from actually having to THINK!
Global capital is converting the surface of the globe into a spiritual wasteland. Those who define their subjective values in terms of market imperatives are willing slaves to a military-industrial machine the sole function of which is the self-replication of commodity culture. To “brand yourself” is to alienate your life force into a reified image that reduces individuality to a Form without Content. Global capital smacks us in the face and then nums the pain by selling us trinkets.
I really liked your channel and this video. If you need any help getting this video exposed I use a site called tubeviews.(net) It has really helped like 20 of my main videos get to the top in position. Its nice.
THIS WORKS! Its amazing.. THANK YOU SO MUCH DUDE!!!!!!
Yeah sure that is why you are nameless and faceless posting comments on the profiles of others, yep positioning great. So branding is not a form of positioning or relaying the message that you are a better option? Ha ha ha! Very interesting!
Hate to be a downer but self-branding is a bad idea, expensive, and won’t work. People don’t automatically buy from you just because they heard of you and you’re memorable. 60 years ago, yes, but we’re now hit with over 4K messages/day. People buy because they believe you are the ‘BETTER CHOICE’ over your competition. This is NOT branding, it’s called POSITIONING. If branding was all it took, we’d all own Paris Hilton clothes. Even P&G doesn’t brand-they only use positioning in their marketing.
Amen! This is the one place that it is ok to make it all about you! I love it!
That’s right, Self Branding is a key element in a successful marketing campaign.
Well Gov. Palin knows what’s what that is for sure!
There is nothing like change to put you where you want to be!
