    No. Store brands are copyrighted an are only allowed to be sold by authorized vendors. It is also fraudulent to claim a product as yours and not be the inventor, manufacturer or hold rights to the product

    Not without permission from the mfg, which you won’t get. If you approach them, they will do what your suggesting.

    no. it’s not…actually it’s illegal too.
    if the product is copyrighted then u might end up being sued by the product company in a consumer court.
    though..with prior permission from the company..u can set up a franchisee.

    In order to do this you must change it somehow. like add lemon or citris…. Kind of like recipies, in order to make it your, you omit or add to it and it’s now yours
