It&#039;s good just in the US. If you want it in another country, you&#039;re going to have to look at the rules for that country.

You can&#039;t copyright a name or a brand. It&#039;s a phrase, and too short for a copyright. Plus, you want it to be the source identifier for your business, which is the role of a trademark.</description>
