You don’t. You trademark (or service mark) it.
It’s good just in the US. If you want it in another country, you’re going to have to look at the rules for that country.
You can’t copyright a name or a brand. It’s a phrase, and too short for a copyright. Plus, you want it to be the source identifier for your business, which is the role of a trademark.
