<a href="http://www.brandbuildingblog.com">branding companies</a>

1. Made in China is still a correct strategy .
2. Need to find reliable and quality vendors to avoid future problems, more careful supplier selection & assessment , quality control and monitoring should be performed.

Good Luck!

<a href="http://www.brandbuildingblog.com">branding companies</a>

Interesting?
I think Initially, the Brand is defined by the company and how they want to be portrayed. A cult following is what you would call what is created by the people who live and believe in the brand: ie Harley Davidson, Macintosh? In the end, the brand then embraces that cult following and recreates itself around it? BRands that last for generations are constantly recreating themselves.

If humans are left unchecked they will act to get the best advantage. That is what makes a competitive economy so efficient. It also makes for huge distortions against an unsuspected public in some areas where the seller's actions are too difficult for the public to evaluate. That is where governmental action is appropriate. Sarbanes became necessary when self policing by corporations and accounting firms proved insufficient to protect investors. It thus protected the stock markets as well.

How interesting that she moved. I`m not a lawyer nor I`m I too familiar wity laws, but shoudn`t a person that makes a statement about somene have to have documents that proves that what they are saying about that person is true? Perhaps you should see a lawyer because it may be you can sue that person for "Defamation of Character", if she can`t produce proof of what she said about you. That woman is very jealous of you, by the way. Stand up to these people in public and demand they prove what they`re saying, put them on the spot, don`t quit your job. Don`t back down, question their evil comments and show people that they are not true. If you don`t stand up to "bullies" they are always going to beat up on you. Stand up and say loudly, ENOUGH, you`re not going to beat up on me ever again. Discredit these people to everyone you come in contact with and expose them for what they are, nothing more then sick low gossips and trouble makers. Good luck>

I agree with rbarc. It may be very difficult to locate someone's email address.

You may want to contact someone in your legal department to find out how you can locate this person as well since you said that you are receiving false complaints about your division.

You never know what kind of laws are out there to protect your company from defamation of character.

It could be SPAM or a Virus. You may also want to check with your IT department to block the email address just in case a virus may be detected to protect your network.

Hope this helps.

God Bless....

If they are using a free email service like Yahoo, you probably can't. Other email, the best you are going to be able to do is determine the IP address which is assigned to a particular ISP.

Actually determining who it is coming from will be very difficult. Probably the best thing to do is to block the email address from your servers.
